Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on any of our products. Cosmetics, including haircare and skincare items, cannot be resold once opened or used. Therefore, all sales are final.

Our team will assess your claim, and if approved, we will provide a replacement product or issue a refund with in 7-10 working days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
